🩵✨ HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT — SAVE THE DATE! ✨🩵We’ve been absolutely bursting to share this one...THE BE MORE CHARLIE LAUNCH BALL IS OFFICIALLY HAPPENING! 🩵🥂📅 SATURDAY 3RD OCTOBER 2026📍 APEX CITY QUAY HOTEL, DUNDEEAnd we are planning to make this a HUGE night.This will be the official launch night for Be More Charlie — bringing together our family, friends, supporters, businesses and hopefully plenty of new faces for one massive night at the Apex.We’ve deliberately chosen a venue where we can make this something really special, and the plans are already underway.🍽️ Dinner🎶 Live entertainment🎁 Raffles & auction🕺 A packed dance floor👀 A few surprises we’re keeping quiet about for now...And of course, at the heart of it all will be Charlie and Be More Charlie. 🩵We want to properly launch the charity, show everyone what we’re building and celebrate the incredible support that has already helped us get this far.But we also want to throw a BRILLIANT night.The kind of night where you get dressed up, get your whole table together, have a great meal, have a few drinks, dance until midnight and go home already asking when the next one is. 😂This isn’t just another fundraiser.This is the night we officially say:BE MORE CHARLIE IS HERE. 🩵We’re still working behind the scenes on entertainment, tickets and all the little details that are going to make the night what we want it to be — and we’ll be revealing plenty more over the coming weeks.🎟️ TICKET INFORMATION COMING SOONWe’ll also be opening a limited number of sponsorship opportunities for businesses who would like to be part of our very first Ball and support us in making the night as special as possible.If your business would be interested, drop the page a message and we’ll send you more information. 🩵But tonight, we only need you to do one thing...SAVE. STEVIE CAMPBELL! 🩵⚽️It’s finally time to start revealing some of the names who’ll be taking part in our Be More Charlie Charity Football Match on Sunday 13th September!And there was only one place to start...We’re absolutely delighted to announce that Stevie Campbell will be taking charge of Charlie’s Team! 🩵⚽️Stevie is one of the most respected youth coaches in Scottish football, with 35 years of experience in the professional game as a player and coach.⚽️ 17-year professional playing career🏟️ Played for Dundee, Coleraine, Livingston & Brechin City🏴 Represented Scotland at youth level📋 Coached at Dundee, Inverness CT, Dundee United & Brechin City🧠 Became Youth Director at Dundee United⭐ Helped develop a generation of talent including Stuart Armstrong, Ryan Gauld, Johnny Russell, Scott Allan, John Souttar, Paul Dixon and many more.And Stevie’s work developing young people continues today through the Stevie Campbell Football Academy, which he established in 2017, giving boys and girls of all abilities the opportunity to enjoy football, develop their skills, build confidence and make friends. ⚽️But for us, there’s another reason we wanted to start with Stevie.From the very beginning, Stevie has been a massive supporter of what we’re trying to build with Be More Charlie. 🩵He’s given us his time, his advice, his contacts and his support without hesitation. He’s helped us behind the scenes with this event from the early stages and, quite simply, without Stevie’s help and support, this day wouldn’t be where it is now.For a charity that is only just beginning its journey, having people like Stevie believe in what we’re trying to do and genuinely want to help us make it a success means more than we can say.So it feels very fitting that when Charlie’s Team takes to the pitch at The Canniepart, Stevie will be the man leading them out. 🩵And he’s going to have some squad to work with... 👀Over the coming days and weeks we’ll start revealing the players pulling the boots back on for Charlie, including plenty of familiar faces from Scottish football.The gaffer is in place.Now it’s time to build Charlie’s Team. 🩵⚽️📅 Sunday 13th September📍 The Canniepart, TayportWho do you think Stevie’s first signing might be? 👀BE MORE CHARLIE 🩵
📣🩵⚽️ IT’S OFFICIAL — BE MORE CHARLIE FAMILY FUN DAY! ⚽️🩵📣The poster is finally here and we can’t wait to start making some serious noise about this one! 🩵📅 SUNDAY 13TH SEPTEMBER⏰ 10AM – 6PM📍 THE CANNIEPART, TAYPORTWe’re bringing everyone together for our Be More Charlie Charity Football Match & Family Fun Day, and we want to make it an absolutely brilliant day for the whole family.⚽️ We’ll have our 2015s 5-a-side tournament running throughout the day, with some fantastic young teams coming along to take part.⚽️ Then we’ve got our main charity match — Tayport Football Club LEGENDS vs CHARLIE’S TEAM, with Charlie’s Team managed by Stevie Campbell Football Academy and some familiar faces, former players and special guests getting the boots back on for Charlie! 👀🎡 Ace Community Events will be bringing the fun for the kids with rides and activities, with £15 wristbands available so they can enjoy the fun throughout the day.🎧 DJ & music throughout the day🍔 Food available🍻 Fully stocked bar Mckay's Mobile Bars & Events🎟️ Raffle & plenty moreAnd there’s still more to be announced as we get closer... 👀⚽️🎟️ ENTRY: £5 ADULTS — KIDS GO FREE!We really want this to be more than just a football match.Bring the kids, bring your family, bring your friends and come spend the day with us.
